All board meetings are open to the residents of OCE, and each board meeting minutes will list the proposed time for the next meeting. If you'd like to attend, please contact the Board President, John Mahalik, indicating your interest. We typically meet in a board member's home, so advance notice of your desire to attend is necessary.

If you are in the process of selling your home, we have a few important guidelines to follow. Download a copy of the resale certificate. Fill out name and address of property on form and fax to John Mahalik, President of OCEHA. Notify John or any board member before you send the fax. After the certificate is completed, a board member will fax it back to the Realtor or Seller. The fax number of the Realtor or Seller must be on the form. Make sure you are current on annual dues before starting the process. After the sale and closing are completed, please mail a copy of Warranty Deed to OCEHA, P.O. Box 116921, Carrollton, TX 75011-6921. This is required for OCEHA to have updated records. The Resale Certificate does not need to be completed if you are refinancing. Thank you for your cooperation.
