Welcome to the new OCEHA.COM Owner's Portal. Registering for the site will allow our neighbors and your HOA Board to better communicate with you. Here's a quick list of the benefits to this new site:

Neighborhood Directory - Created with the information you populate and allows you to control every detail of what you wish to make publicly available. Note: If populated, the Board will have access to ALL details.
Publish critical members only information - Finances, Crime Awareness
Contact - You enter and maintain your correct email address. We will use for general email blasts.
Notices - Sign up for crime specific notices rather than general notices.
Emergency Contact Info - Imagine this: You notice something suspicious going on next door and you want to call your neighbor... but you don't have their contact info. Now you will. We should all be looking out for one another as a first line of defense against crime.
Online Voting - A plug-in to this site which will allow every member to quickly and easily vote on OCEHA business. Anonymous and audit-able.
Online payment of your annual home owner dues - We can accept credit and debit cards via PayPal.
