Our Location
Oak Creek Estates is nestled in the southeast corner of Denton County in northeast Carrollton near the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Turnpike. Our community has just over 200 homes, giving neighbors a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other. Homes are tucked away in a corner next to Carrollton's Oak Creek Park, but we have easy access to all the resources of Dallas, Collin, and Denton Counties. Fort Worth and Tarrant County are a short drive from our homes. Residents have a variety of restaurants, family outdoor activities, houses of worship, and shopping nearby, and both DFW and Love Field airports are quickly accessible by highway. Our neighborhood feels small, but we have easy access to the incredible diversity of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Our Schools
In our area, we have award-winning public schools in Lewisville ISD, including Homestead Elementary, Arbor Creek Middle School, Hebron 9th Grade Center, and Hebron High School. In addition to neighborhood schools, LISD Career Center East, Virtual Learning Academy, Night High School, and other school choice options are available through LISD.  We also have a fine selection of private schools close by, including Prestonwood Christian Academy, Prince of Peace Christian School, Trinity Christian Academy Prince of Peace Catholic School, and John Paul II High School.

Oak Creek Estates Homeowners Association
Our neighborhood has an active HOA which promotes and hosts annual events such as the annual kids' Easter Egg Hunt, a July 4th neighborhood parade, a Fall picnic, and every month during the Spring & Summer there’s a household that gets the distinction of being honored as the Oak Creek Estates Yard of the Month award, sponsored by Calloway's Nursery.  We even have a new Calloway's location right up the street on Parker Rd.  Our HOA is managed by volunteer homeowner board members.  If you are an OCE homeowner and would like to volunteer with our neighborhood HOA, please use the website contact link to email our HOA President.  We love new ideas and enthusiastic volunteers!

Area Parks
Oak Creek Park, just north of Oak Creek Drive, is a Carrollton City Park.  Facilities include a playground, a gazeebo and benches, a walking trail, a basketball half court, open spaces to have outdoor fun, and of course, the Oak Creek Tennis Center.  You can take lessons from professionals or just rent court time to have a match with friends.  If you are more adventurous or just want a change of scenery, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve is just straight up Marsh Lane to Parker Rd, about five minutes away.  For golfing enthusiasts, there is an award-winning public golf course, Indian Creek Golf Club, which is well-regarded in the area and nationwide.
